Turning artificial intelligence into human progress
Senior Solutions Engineer · AI Global Black Belt · Microsoft
I work with large organizations to make sense of what AI can become and turn that possibility into something real: a working solution, a clearer strategy, a more capable team, or a better way to serve people.
What I actually do
The hardest part of adopting AI is rarely the technology itself. It is knowing where to begin, which problems are worth solving, how to bring people together, and how to move from excitement to lasting value.
My role is to help organizations cross that distance. I listen for the real problem, shape a practical vision, and work alongside business and engineering teams to build something tangible. That may take the form of an agentic application, a prototype, an architecture strategy, a technical workshop, or a hands-on development engagement.
The goal is not simply to demonstrate what AI can do. It is to help people understand it, trust it, use it responsibly, and develop the confidence to carry the work forward themselves.
How I work
- 1UnderstandFind the human and business problem beneath the technology request.
- 2ImagineTurn possibility into a clear, practical vision people can believe in.
- 3BuildCreate something real enough to test, challenge, and improve.
- 4ConnectBring business leaders, engineers, data, and ideas into the same room.
- 5EnableLeave teams with the knowledge, confidence, and foundation to keep going.
“The best solution is not the one people admire. It is the one they understand, trust, and are ready to carry forward.”

Technology in service of people
My belief in technology has never been about technology alone. Its value is measured by what it makes possible for people, families, communities, and organizations.
Figo Pet Insurance
Helped build and scale a digital insurance company that made protecting pets simpler, more accessible, and more human.
MilesTogether
Created to help young people and adults go farther through running, mentorship, encouragement, and community.
HopeEngine
Built during the COVID-19 pandemic to help nonprofits raise support and remain connected to the people they served.
The thread connecting it all
Whether I am building an AI system, starting a company, supporting a community, or creating something through music, film, and writing, the instinct is the same: understand what matters, create something useful, and leave people with more possibility than they had before.
