Care to Commit

I once took on a problem I did not yet have the skills to solve. So I learned the technology, built the solution, and became the person the solution required.

That taught me something: expertise is useful, but commitment is often the greater advantage. When you care deeply enough about the outcome, your limitations invert into opportunities.
